Due to a problem with the injection-molding
tool the Bulk Powder Adaptor and the 5” Ring Adaptor will no
longer be available. Without these tools, we cannot produce
the finished products.
We will still offer replacement stainless steel screen caps
for existing Bulk Powder Adaptor units in the field. As an
alternative to the Bulk Powder Adaptor, we still offer our
5-quart side mount overflow dispenser – the DR-100.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have an alternative for
the 5” Ring Adaptor.

Screen Caps
Used for powder detergent dispensing through standard 6-inch jug with
100 mm neck finish. Two different mesh sizes available, .030 (N style) and
.055 (B style).
Available in threaded style or locking style; the locking style prevents
accidental removal by the end user.

Barrier Paper
Installed under the screen cap for added safety in handling. The paper
prevents powder from sifting through the cap until the jug is in place
and ready for use, then the barrier paper dissolves instantly with water.

Viking Bowl
Effective powder and solid product dispensing. Used with 2000 CC and
4000 CC jugs (6 inch diameter). Comes with vacuum breaker and complete
hardware.

Pot/Pan Mechanical Timer Valve
Adjustable on time of up to one minute. Cost-effective, mechanically
timed, and now with an internal filter. Used in conjunction with a Viking
Bowl.

Dish Machine Top Mount Bracket
Have an “island” dish machine installation coming up? This is what you’ll need. The bracket is heavy 16-gauge stainless steel. Mount any Pro Unit to the bracket and put a Viking Bowl on the opposite side! Or Mount a Chem$aver on the front and Viking Bowl on the
back.
Bowl / Timer Bracket
Turn the eight holes typically required for mounting a Viking Bowl and Mechanical Timer into just four. The stainless steel bracket holds the timer and utilizes the two mounting holes on the left side of the Viking Bowl to secure the bracket to the
wall.
