Dry detergent unit, liquid rinse pump. Detergent solenoid runs on time,
rinse output adjustable. Internal transformer standard.
Pro VI Low Temp
Available with Detergent, Rinse, and /or Sanitizer pumps, accepts 24-240-
volt signal. Rinse and/or Sanitizer pump can be delayed through Detergent
cycle. Only 1 trigger for start-up necessary. 110-volt power cord included.
Pro Pot/Pan Silver Soak Unit
Available with Liquid pump or Dry Detergent solenoid when used with Viking
Bowl. Push-button operation for preset quantity of chemical to be dispensed
into pot/pan sink. 110-volt operation.
Bowl/Timer
Combo
Viking‘s best-known units combined to provide low-cost dispensing
of a solid or powder pot/pan detergent into a sink. NO ELECTRICITY REQUIRED!!!
Liquid Chem$aver
Viking has taken the circuit board from the new Chem$aver battery operated
solenoid and developed a battery operated peristaltic pump for liquid
chemical on demand. The unit uses two spring top lantern batteries and
4 AA batteries and allows the installer to program a lockout to prevent
chemical waste. A perfect dispenser for pot and pan sinks and silver soak
stations when hand pumps and venturies are undesirable.
Dish Machine Top Mount Bracket
Have an “island” dish machine installation coming up? This is what you’ll need. The bracket is heavy 16-gauge stainless steel. Mount any Pro Unit to the bracket and put a Viking Bowl on the opposite side! Or Mount a Chem$aver on the front and Viking Bowl on the
back.
NOTE: All of the above units come with a complete
installation kit.
